Restricted Items

High Power Lasers and Illumination Devices are only allowed to be sold to active duty military, active law enforcement officers, and government agencies. Any orders placed with out proper paperwork on file are subject to cancellation.

L3Harris
A copy of the end user's active LEO or military ID must be on file with Owl Heads, LLC. These laser devices are allowed to be sold directly to active military and active law enforcement officers. The laser can only be delivered to the agency. The L3Harris LDA form will need to be filled out and returned to Owl Heads, LLC prior to processing your order.

Wilcox
We are responsible for maintaining a copy of the end user's active LEO or military ID for 5 years after the sale of the laser device (IAW with Title 18, US Code, Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701). These laser devices are allowed to be sold and delivered directly to active military and active law enforcement officers.
